 Since Video Conferencing facility has not been put in place by DOE despite several requests, the Tribunal, has started Physical hearings w.e.f. 17.08.2020 in two sessions i.e. : One in  Morning w.e.f. 10.30 A.M. onwards and Second in Evening 02.00 P.M. onwards subject to SOP of Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.

Note: a)		Procedure of filing in the Tribunal is identical to Delhi High Court. All concerned to take note.
Note: b)		All the sides are to file/ provide Soft Copies of pleadings e.g. Appeal/ W.S/ Reply/ Counter Affidavit/ Replication/ Documents/ Applications/ Written Submissions etc. in MSWORD FORMAT via email at (dstbranch2020@gmail.com).
